AKIS Credit Loan Agreement

AKIS Credit is supported and enabled by Nfinit Lending Corporation.

The AKIS Credit platform provides loan services under the official authorization of Nfinit Lending Corporation, a licensed lending entity that has secured regulatory approval from the Philippines' Securities and Exchange Commission. Operating in strict compliance with the commission's guidelines and oversight, Nfinit Lending Corporation holds SEC Registration Number CS200809669 and Authorization Certificate Number 148. As the designated lender, Nfinit Lending Corporation facilitates all loan services offered through the AKIS Credit platform.

1. Loan Terms

The loan amount, interest rate, repayment period, and any applicable fees will be set out in the Loan Details Overview. By accepting the loan, you agree to these terms. The loan term may vary depending on your credit status, repayment history, and other factors determined by the Company.

How the Loan Works - Example Breakdown

For a 20,000 loan with a term of 180 days, the total payment is 22,734. This includes 2,734 in interest (911 per period) and a 400 service fee, which will be deducted upfront. After fees, you will receive 19,600. The repayment will be paid in three equal installments of approximately 7,578 each.

2. Repayment Terms

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement. Failure to pay may result in legal action or recovery proceedings.

The borrower may repay the loan early without paying any penalty. Interest is only calculated until the early repayment date.
